December 1, 2023 – All Stations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alabama, Georgia that are part of a Station Employment Unit with five or more full-time employees: Place an annual EEO Public File Report in their public file, covering the period of December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023. This report is placed in the Online Public File on the anniversary of the deadline for filing their station’s license renewal application.

January 10, 2024
Deadline date for posting Issues/Programs Lists in stations’ Online Public Inspection Files. The Report should cover the period from October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023.

February 1, 2024
– All Stations in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, and Oklahoma (that are part of a Station Employment Unit with five or more full-time employees):  Place an annual EEO Public File Report in their public file, covering the period of February 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. This report is placed in the public file annually on the anniversary of the deadline for filing their stations’ license renewal application.

April 1, 2024
– All Stations in Texas, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee (that are part of a Station Employment Unit with five or more full-time employees):  Place an annual EEO Public File Report in their public file, covering the period of April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. This report is placed in the public file annually on the anniversary of the deadline for filing their stations’ license renewal application.

June 1, 2024
– All Stations in District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Utah, and Wyoming (that are part of a Station Employment Unit with five or more full-time employees): Place an annual EEO Public File Report in their public file, covering the period of June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021. This report is placed in the public file annually on the anniversary of the deadline for filing their stations’ license renewal application.
